Kristine V. Spano, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist based in Philadelphia, specializing in the treatment of adults (aged 18 and older) who are managing anxiety, depression, and various psychosocial stressors, including chronic illness, occupational challenges, and relationship dynamics. The core of her treatment approach focuses on the integration of mind and body, using an integrative method that incorporates mindfulness, trauma-informed principles, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
Dr. Spano has a keen interest in integrative women’s mental health and frequently presents on topics related to hormonal conditions. Drawing from her personal experiences with PMDD, endometriosis, and early menopause, her lectures combine the latest research in women’s health with clinical expertise and deep empathy for those navigating hormonal challenges throughout their lives.
Dr. Spano earned a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a master’s in education from Rutger’s University.
